Cold seal rolls are used for the packaging of heat sensitive products. Cold seal rolls are used in place of heat-sealing so that products don’t lose form and shape once they have been sealed. 

Cold seal rolls are primarily used to package and brand products sensitive to heat such as

• Chocolate bar and Energy bar or other confectionery packaging
• Medical or health bars
• Cookies packaging
• Ice cream packaging

Cold seal technology is used in the sealing of these products. We provide pre-glued (also known as water-based coatings) rolls to which only pressure is needed for complete sealing, no heat is required at all. We produce leakage-free cold seal rolls at pouch direct to ensure a convenient distribution and storage process. Our cold seal rolls can include metalized, aluminium or laminated films to enhance product freshness and product shelf life of goods. All rolls are printed using the rotogravure technique, which allows us print with up to 8-10 colours. Our rolls can be used in high definition packaging machines, which in turn will prove to be more time efficient and cost saving.
