Description:

Vacuum packaging bags is made of multi layer films. There are two type of vacuum bags available

1. Laminated vacuum bags(Can be Custom Printing)

2. Co extruded vacuum bags.(Can not be any Printed)

Laminated vacuum packaging bags is mainly used in custom print vacuum packaging bags.

The upper layer is of BOPA (nylon film) 15 or 25 microns.

This Nylon film is reverse printed with custom design with the help of rotogravure printing.

Than Nylon film is laminated with LLDPE film.

The printing gets sandwiched in between two layers. So there is no chance of print ink and glue getting out of bag even the pouches are scratched from top.

After lamination the print is sandwiched and vacuum pouch printed shines very well. We can make different styles of pouches like three side seal bag, stand up pouch, side gusset bags, etc.

We can make zippers in vacuum packaging bags, euro slot, sombrero hole, round hole, cut mark etc to make vacuum pouch more visible in the shelf by hanging them.

Different type of lamination is possible in vacuum bags such as evoh, aluminum foil, metalized pet, eva etc. After lamination with foil we can make shiny gold or silver effect

• Common barrier vacuum pouches made of Nylon, LLDPE, LDPE with 5, 7 or 9 layers
• High barrier vacuum pouches made of EVOH, Nylon, mLLDPE, LLDPE, LDPE and PP with 5, 7 or 9 layers
• Laminated barrier pouches made of AL Foil, PE films, PET films, NYLON with 3-4 layers usually
• High temperature pouches for boilable use, instant cooking or marine food

Co extruded bags are cheaper than laminated vacuum bags. But Product shelf life is not so good comparing with laminated vacuum bags.
